We are not a business broker, law firm, lender or accounting firm. We run this site, answer questions about the process and introduce sellers to one brokerage partner.
How We Are Paid
If a sale comes out of an introduction, our brokerage partner may pay us a referral fee. That fee comes out of the partner's own commission. You do not pay us anything.
Your Choices
You may talk to other brokers at any time, and nothing in our form binds you to the partner. Read any agreement a broker offers you, and ask an attorney about it.
No Promises About Price
Any range a broker gives is an opinion based on what you share and on past sales. The market sets the actual price.
